| RIVA DEL GARDA, ITALY-(5-5-2005) A storm shook the sails this afternoon, but the races went on anyway; after the signal at about 13, the Committee gave the second start too, and all boats sailed the races without any problem.
For the Yngling Revival, useless for official rankings, Barkow (USA 337 - 5 punti) is in first place. Second the Russian Basalkina (RUS 2 - 6) and third place for Ekaterina Skudina (RUS 7 - 7).
For what concerns the 505 class, Lehmann (GER 8 - 6 punti) is now leading the rankings, with Kellner (GER 8672 - 6); second score for Scutcher (GBR 8787 - 17).
News about Dyas rankings: Holger (GER 1432 - 8) is first, scoring three points less than Andersohn (GER 1320 - 11), in second place; third is Grotebrune (GER1416 - 12).
News about International 14’ rankings, with Alister Richardson (GBR 1500 - 4) first, four points to Lennon (GBR 1498 - 8); Jones (GBR1497 - 11) is third.
For Korsar class we see Oberemm (GER 3714 - 9) first, Braun (GER 3772 - 11) second and Dunker (GER 3643 - 12) third.
Tomorrow, with signal at 13, the last races for three in five classes competing these days, Yngling, Korsar and Dyas will have the prize giving as soon as possible after the last race. For Int.14’ and 505 there will be one more regatta on Sunday, and prize giving after the races, in the afternoon.
